1988 park ave the signals wont work lights work whats wrong and the driver side seat will not move even though its electronic

can you be a little more specific? the turn signals might not work because you need a new flasher. the seat might not work because it needs a fuse, or the motor is burned up. check the fuses first in the fuse panel.
