1995 F150 Speedometer and Dome light problem

My 1995 F150 Pickup Speedometer and dome light doesn't work. This is on Circuit 18, fuse is good. Can you tell me what the problem might be? Someone suggested VSS might be bad, would that cause the dome light to also not work?

it sounds like you have a couple of different problems. the speedo and the dome light have nothing to do with each other. you probably do need a VSS. as for the dome light, drop the cover and check the bulb to see if it is blown or not.
