1997 Honda CR-V power door locked on drivers side. How do I fix it?

I have a 1997 Honda CR-V with power locks. My drivers side door is locked and will not unlock at all. The inside panel of the door cannot be removed, because the dash is covering a screw. I cannot get to the mechanism inside the door through the window, because it is incased inside a box. How can this be fixed?
