Can I replace the passenger side view mirror on my 1999 pontiac Bonneville? I bought the replacement mirror. Is it a job I can do or should I have a professional do it?

If you are a little mechanically inclined, with the assistance of some type of manual like a haynes manual for your car you may be able to do it yourself.

If you're replacing only the mirror itself, buy the special automotive mirror adhesive at your local auto parts store and it's a 3 minute job. If, however, you are replacing the entire assembly that hangs off the side of the car then you'll have to deal with wires for the power mirrors and it may be a job for a professional.
