2000 Avalon, rough idle when engine is cold (has not run for more than 6 hours)

I have a 2000 Toyota Avalon XLS about 90,000 miles on it. I'm starting to have rough idle when the engine is cold. After warmed up, seems to run OK. Just changed oil and filter yesterday, when I started up, idle speed was very slow, tapped on gas, idle went up and kind of jump around a bit. And there is no code registered on the computer. I saw some posting of idle issues on earlier year of Avalon and Camry, is this continue to be a proble on 2000? What is the problem and how to fix it? Covered by Toyota?
