I have a 2000 hyundai accent the obd2 code i received was p1128 can somebody PLEASE help me? What does this mean and how can it be fixed?

This code means low fuel trim, running lean. This seems to be a common problem with 2000 accents. Check for vacuum leaks, MAF sensor, and O2 sensor.
