2003 F350 Diesel Air Problem?

We have a F350 King Ranch Ford Truck. When climbing to 4000ft or above when coming up it will I want to say breathe. It will be accelarinting and tatata thats the sound. I have no clue what could be going on. Sounds like breathing. Please Help
