Does a 2003 GMC Sierra have a drive shaft hanger bearing.

that depends if it is a long bed or not. the best way to tell is to climb under the truck and see if the driveshaft is a two piece driveshaft. the drive shaft hanger bearing is called a carrier bearing. the drive shaft does hang off of that bearing. but the proper name is a carrier bearing. someone is not pulling your leg about this one, like someone would say you have a muffler bearing.
