30 day notice to tenant hand witten or typed?

When you give a tenant a 30 day notice does it have to be hand written or typed

It doesn't matter. As long as it's legible and on paper. Keep a copy for yourself.

In Georgia, unless wirtten in the rental conract, landlord needs to give the tenant 60 days notice. Hand wirtten or typed does not matter. Certified is not necessary either.
