7.3 L turbo diesel starting problems

i have a 1999 f250 super duty 7.3L turbo diesel it was running fine yesterday i went out this morning and it fire run for about 20 sec and die i replace the cam shaft sensor and the fuel filter and now it is acting like it is not getting any fuel to fire could it be the glow plugs or the fuel pump or what else cpuld it be
