96 corsica blower motor

What are the most probable causes of no no blower motor on a 96 Chev. Corsica. Fuses have been checked. Could it be a ground, if so where is it?

Check for 12 volts at the blower motor. Please post back your results so that we can further diagnose the issue.

In addition to what Dave said, try checking the relay. Also, you can attempt to bypass the relays and attempt to run the motor directly off a power source to see if it works.
