98 intrigue a/c electrical problem

My 98 intrigue wont engage the compreeor for a/c seems like no p0wer to it. I have checked all the fuses I can find. Is ther some else wher. And if so how can I check them.When I push the a/c button, nothing happens. The blue light doesn't even come on; could the button it self be gone? Stonky

Checked the harness. not the problem
