A Huge Gardening Challenge

Question by question Reward: 25 Pond Points + 10 Knowledge Tokens Status: Pending a resolution
I have a backyard that spans over 8000 square feet and I just cannot afford to purchase stones, sod and plants for it the traditional retail way. Would anyone know of farms looking to get rid of inventory or contrators getting rid of old and unwanted materials? Or even places to buy trees, shrubs and plants in mega bulk that prices would be significantly less expensive than retail?

Try looking at listings on www.craigslist.org for your area. There is a Free section where people post what they are giving away for free. I've come across numerous postings for the things that you are asking for since people buy too much and are happy to get rid of the extra.
