IF I MAKE A HARDSHIP AGREEMENT WITH MY CREDIT CARD COM TO LOWER MY PAYMENT FOR 1 YEAR THEY WANT ME TO AGREE TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT WILL THESE AFFECT MY CREDIT SCORE

Even though the calculation for credit scores is a tightly kept secret, it will probably affect your credit score if you enter a hardship agreement. That is still much better than not paying your credit card at all. If you have to, take the hardship agreement. Don't let it get to a point where they need to hire a collection agency, otherwise you will probably ruin any chance at future credit.

I under a debt consolidation program, the collection agencies harrasement me. They can garnish my pay-check?
