Can I paint a ceramic base of a lamp?

I have a smooth ceramic base of a lamp that I would like to change the color. Is this possible and what kind of paint can I use?

yes you can.. They have alot of paints now that you can paint on glass, and etc. I would ask someone in a craft store or you can use an oil base paint too.

you have to use akrillic paint or it will rub off!
