how long is chicken good for if its wrapped, sealed, and frozen?

Frozen chicken can be kept for one year in the freezer. At some sites, it is suggested to repackage the chicken into plastic freezer bags from the original packaging for keeping it in freezer for up to a year , depending on the way it was packaded originally. Perdue chicken can be kept 1 year in original packaging.
