I have never heard of over the counter pain relivers counter acting the effects of birth control. Though I do know that Yaz and two others of that manufacturer have coused blood cloting and other health problems. But back to your question. There is not a 100% guarantee you can't get pregnant with any birth control. My second was a pill baby. But if you was on your period and did proper hygiene after. The little buggers should have been washed a way with your flow and all. But when in doubt take a test.
