bipolar and depression ones. I dont really feel comfortable
talking to my parents because my older sister already had
anorexia and i tired them out and i dont want to worry about
me. Please help me what can i do P.S. im 13 so i dont know
if its just being a teenager or something more important. I

Tell your parents that you feel bad, and you need to see a doctor. If you can't at least tell them that, you won't get any help at all. And, you need to be seen.

thanx i spoke to my mom that i have mood swing and that my head is a mess and she thinks its because of my nerves and lack of sleep she also had neurosis a couple of years ago and she thinks it has something to fo with that and about the suicide and harming myself i saw how my younger sister reacted when i was talkin about suicide and self harmin she was beggin me not to do something like that and my mom lost her father at a very young age so it would kill her if i did something like that plus she already worries too much so i remember that when i have the bad kind of thoughts
