Do I have to back pay someone for their missed punches on a time clock?

Question by jasper Reward: Log in to view Status: Pending a resolution
I have an employee who cannot remember to clock out. I told her I would no longer adjust her time. She has to be responsible for her own pay. Today she leaves me adjustments from as far back as 12/07. She has already been paid for all of those weeks. Do I legally have to adjust and back pay her for this time?

if she has reuested it, you must look into the matter, However, you Can disipline her by Deducting time to do this, or writing her up...
