do dogs get colds and how do I tell if it is a cold?

wel some times it will have white stuff in its eye but other times they will lay down and do nothing thats what my dogs do

Dogs do not get colds they can get sick but they do not get colds

yes when their nose is dry they have a slight cold

Animals DO get colds. And, some can be caught from humans.
