Email address no more, but want old ICQ number back

don't have my ICQ # directly anymore, if I focus and try really hard, I can locate it on the internet again. But for now, I believe the the email address I signed onto is no longer valid. I know I know get a new ICQ-I don't want a new one I want the old one, THE people at ICQ aren't giving me much help. what's a girl to do?
