Should Facebook be available to younger people and if so what safety limits should Mark Zuckerberg and his team make

Personaly I don't allow my children access and they are teens.
presently these sites take no responsibility for content or solicitations.
I just say no. if you don't want your children in the street....don't bring the street into your home.

But This is just me. I am the local chapter and founding member of old FART.
