Fish tank water bright yellow green

Why is the water in my fish tank a briught yellow green? I have replace 3/4 of the water.

needs a filter and there is an algea bloom you either have far too much light or not enough what wattage dp you have and what colors

u need to empty it, really clean the glass, check the filter, and check with the pet store people for the real equipment to do it right.
