Ford F250 cranks but will not start

My Ford 1995 F250 7.3 turbo diesel cranks but will not start. Checked fuses, fuel filter, glow plug connections. Where is the computer chip? Or, what else could it be?

Crankshaft sensor. Located in timing cover behind harmonic balancer on passenger side. Very common problem withn Powerstroke.
