How can you change languages in Windows XP? How do you set up a secondary keyboard setup on a standard American Qwerty keyboard?

Here is a good step by step guide for changing the input language in XP:

Unfortunately, to change the language of XP itself, you will need to reinstall with the desired language =(

Hi DJTacoman,
Here is a site for bilingual typing . I checked it for English -French but you may be able to do the same with other languages. Stikers or a plastic board can be put on top of keyboard and you need the software.
