How do you get the smell of a glow stick out of a microwave?

What was a glow stick doing in the microwave??? You may need to get rid of that microwave and replace it with a new one. Glow sticks contain toxic materials that should not be near food.

hehe ok ok whats the deal, I really dont want to ruin my Microwave to find out I can make the entire box glow like a Nuke lab...
