fruit
apples, grapes, oranges, bananas etc
whole meal like brown bread
sun flower seeds are very good for you
yogurt original helps you live longer
meats, steaks, beef, pork, chicken,
veg, cucumber, lettuce, carrots,

eat whatever food you like but cut down on the rubbish like crisps & chocolate etc

Humans are omnivores which means we can eat both sides of the food chain. Your choices are quite large, were you wanting something specific like a diet plan or? Post a clarification please.
