HONDA GOLDWING LOW COMPRESSION ?

HI, I have a 1996 honda goldwing trike with 66,000 miles runs rough when cold
and sometimes hard to start, I took a compression test and got a low
reading of 130 accross the board, it should be 185 to 242 I'm thinking
timing belt but not sure, does not use any oil , or smoke, oil changed
every 3,000 miles , bought bike at 50,000 miles, need some feed back.
