WHAT IS THE RIGHT WAY TO BUY A RIFFLE AND A SHOOT GUN FROME A PERSON. HOW DO I TELL IT IS NOT A STOLEN GUN, WHO DO I CONTACT. I WAS TOLD TO LIST IT AND HAVE A NOTERY AND THE SELLER COMPLEAT PAPER WORK. IS THIS TRUE? CAN SOMEONE ANSWER THIS A.S.A.P. THE SELLER IS DESPERATE FOR MONEY AND I REALY LIKE THE PRICE AND THE GUNS.

to check to see if the gun is stolen you will need to get the serial numbers off of the gun and contact your local police station with them or local sheriffs department. they can run the numbers and see if the guns have been reported stolen or not.
