Headlights, interior light not working

My headlights, interior lights, clock does not work. I am also discharging on my amp gauge. Where is my problem?

my headlights are on a 1984 chevy truck.headlights, interior lights clock and horn are all not working. I know it has to do with some wiring, but can find how to do it.
