Help me how to motivate girl's father

My friend and his girlfriend loves each other and they both want to marry each other by the permission of parrents of both sides.every one is ready but the girl's father rafusses it we are trying lot to motivate him but there is no change on his mind.Please being a true friend what will i do?

You will not do anything. If the girls father refuses, she has two choices, either she respects her father and does not marry him-- OR she marries him and foresakes her father. He will not change his mind.

no matter how good of a friend you or any one else is there not going to change his mid if hats what he really wants.he ha to have a good reason why he dont agree with the wedding. ill use exsample of my friend since grade school got married to her kids father after 8 or so yrs i couldnt stand him and refused to be at thaat wedding whe i knew they wernt made for each other and would end up in a devorce. i didnt go my friend and i got into some words abou it and less then opne yr they seperated and havent been with each other for 2 yrs or so we are still friends and respceted my reason behind it,so what ever reason he dont agree then they should respect his thought of y he dont want to be thre. i hope he realizes though that he is family and no matter howmuch he disagrees he should be there cuz he is family and it would hurt them if he wasnt.
