How do I find out whether my ex is claiming the home we have joint ownership on?

My ex and I have split over 4 years now. With the economy bad, me paying on the mortgage with an escrow account to pay taxes and having made the payments on the home, how do I get more of the split in selling the house and know whether he's been collecting refunds on the home and our child?

You would have to look at the time and money living together and how many mortgage payments you made together. To figure out the amount in escrow and add up his refunds and bing go ban go. battle over paper once again.
