yes you should look in phone book for "tree specialist" or "arborist" they specialize in tree and foliage care and can direct you in the correct way to solve your problem

I have tried a product called Sevin that you can pick up at HD or Lowes. You need a spray bottle since it is concentrated and needs to be diluted. Good luck
