I need information on how to build a "force field",for instance,selecting
posts and positions for the necessary magnetic poles and then the tough portion is how to operate the necesary fields that are necessary to create the
force field that needs to operate close to a labortory rat and to see the effects of the enclosed pressure on the animal,is electricity the only energy
needed for this experiment?

You can attempt to build a faraday cage which will protect the interior from electromagnetic radiation. These types of cages can even block cell phone signals. You can read more about them here:
