HI IM 22 YEARS OF AGE AND I THINK I MIGHT HAVE IBS OR COLON DESEASE I HAVE COSTASNT LOWER STOMACH PAIN BLOATING CONSTIPATION DIAREHHERA SOMETIMES AND BAD BACK PAIN AND I REALLY WORRYED SOMETHING IS REALLY WRONG WHAT COULD IT BE PLEASE HELP ME OUT TELL ME SOME IDEAS PLEASE.

If you have constant pain, you need to go to the doctor. Lower abdomen pain can be caused by gas, and it can be VERY painful and last days. However, "waiting" medical conditions out to see if they will get better on thier own is never a good approach.
