INJURED SQUIRREL

Question by deniseengland Reward: 100 Pond Points + 10 Knowledge Tokens Status: Pending a resolution
PLEASE HELP, WE HAVE A SQUIRREL THAT WE RAISED AND DECIDED TO LET IT GO LAST WEEK. WE FOUND IT YESTERDAY AT THE BASE OF THE TREE AND DRAGGING BOTH BACK LEGS AND THE FRONT RIGHT LEG ALSO LOOKS BROKEN. THERE IS STILL SOMEWHAT OF A FLICKER IN THE TAIL. THERE ARE NO VETS OPEN NOW AND IS IT POSSIBLE TO GIVE HIM BABY LIQUID ASPRIN FOR THE PAIN? WE CAN HANDLE HIM HOWEVER, YOU CAN TELL THAT IT HURTS HIM, HE WILL LAY IN YOUR ARMS AND LET YOU PET HIM TO SLEEP HOWEVER HE SEEMS VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. WHAT DO WE DO?

Oh hun, that's just awful. We have "Animal Hospitals" here that are open on weekends. Look in your phone book, and I pray you find one. I don't really know what the "baby aspirin" will do to the pet. I hope he can hold on till you find a Vet.
