i am a male 40 years old,i have two girl friends,about 15 years back sometimes i use to have sex with call girls but not now,some times i am getting some pimple like things around my pubic hair or some time just above my bums, please tell me what is the caause for these pimple like things & what is the treatment for it. is it something serious?? please help me out.. thanks
