I thought I had chicken pox but now I'm not so sure.

I am 25 yrs old and have been getting these raised bumps that almost look like masquito bights or hives. My room mate had chicken pox not too long ago and that's what I thought it was. My boyfriend has the same thing and we keep getting time like 2 at a time. My two girls don't have them so I am getting worried and don't know what it could be.
