If the mother of a child is Canadian living in Canada and the father of this child is Mexican living in Mexico can the father challange the custody of this child? The child is happy living with the mother and the mother has agreed for the father to visit but is not comfortable with sending the child to Mexico. Does the father have any rights?

were they mattied or not if they were yes he has rights,it isnt always the mother the child resides with if the youngster is old enough the judge will listen to them.
