Frank,
I know this isn't the answer you want to hear, but this should not be considered a DIY project for someone who is not a qualified electrician. If your home has a fire for any reason (even if it's not related to your newly installed wiring), and an insurance adjuster discovers uninspected wiring, they may reject the claim. Please hire a qualified electrician for this project if you can -- it will be well worth it.

I'm not a professional electrician. I was an electrician in the military, and do my own wiring. However, the breaker box is the only thing I will not do, and advise you not to either. If you make a mistake on your household wiring, you might feel a painful shock. You have 3-phase power coming into your breaker box. That will kill you. Not only that, but you don't understand the breaker (they're rated by amps, not volts). If you install the wrong one, you could cause an electrical fire later down the road. You also won't pass inspection if you decide to sell your house. Hire somebody.
