i was just woundering about this i know someone that was 21 are so and the girl was 16 and he got 10 year proba.anyway he got charged 3 counts Indecency w/child Sexual anyway what does that mean

That means he had sex, or a sexual act with a 16 year old child. It's illegal.

your question is not entirly clear to me but it looks like he was charged with three acts of sexual intercoarse or assult etc, and was sentenced to 10 years probation which means he didn't go to prison, but if he does it again, he will most definately go to prison for the ten years and no second chance.
