LIFE AND DEATH GUPPY!!!!!!!

im 11 years old and i have 2 fish tanks.1 has 2 goldfish and an allgee eater in it.The other has at least 27-30 guppies and 1 snail and 2 algee eaters and 2 frogs.but some of the guppies are fry (babies).and todays date is 7-23-07 and just this morning i got a new white male guppy to put in the tank.but ever since last night,i've notices that 1 of my male orange and blue guppies is at the bottom of the tank gasping for air.and its motionless.but whenever i put the net in there, he moves from his spot and starts swimming around like he's just fine.?! and just last night also my mom looked at my fishtank and saw me snail on top of a plant,eating 1 of my female guppies.!!!!!and i think that snails dont get along to well with guppies!!!???? So i f you know what is wrong with my male guppy please let me know!!!!
