Well there are several ways to loose weight, the smartest being that you should talk with your health provider first to make sure that whatever plan you choose is going to be right for you and your body. The best way to healthily loose weight is to first observe a normal day of your habit- how do you exercise, eat, sleep, are you stressed or overworked, do you have any problems that you are havig to deal with? After answering these questions you can then decide what your body will need to loose weight. To start look at your diet, do you eat or drink a lot of sugars? yes this includes Diet sodas! As glamafied as diet soda's have become the truth is they are even more unhealthy than a regular soda... try cutting all sugary drinks out of your diet, you do not want to drink your calories- avoid canned fruits as they have lots of sugar, also try eating less processed foods, and try to balance your meals (remember the food pyramid in elementary school). Next exercise- you don't have to go to the gym, you can always go for a walk or try sprinting it has just as good if not better for you than running. work on your core muscles and learning how to breathe correctly, situps, pushup, even getting a tape for pilates and yoga can help you begin to loose weight, release any stress,and get you into a routine. Loosing weight is nice but remember if you loose too much too fast it is never healthy. |
