if it just a seal that you can see, then it should be a quick easy repair, however that is providing that it did not lose a lot of tranny fluid, and weaken the gear bands inside the tranny from being dry and hot, if that is the case, then it could be quite a job, so providing it never ran low on fluid, and did not overheat, or get debri in tranny, and it is a seal that you can see with your own eyes, it should be a quick painless fix, but of course only a transmission shop specialist will be able to tell you with 100% certainty ,
