Is it mandatory in Canada, In all provinces to have a Coroner on scene?

My son was found dead at another person's home last year. I want to know if anyone can help me to find out, How legal it is or isn't that a Coroner to have been there.

I'm sorry, I don't know Canada law. Here where I live, the coroner has to pronounce a person legally dead on the scene, UNLESS they have some signs of life and are in route to a hospital, (whether by car, ambulance, plane, ect).
