Lexus LX450 ticking noise after oil change

I have a 96 Lexus LX450 and I recently took it in for and oil change and front brakes. Right after that the motor started ticking. It sounds like lifters hitting but seems to coincidental that work had just been done. Is it possible that something in the area of the oil filter could have been damaged that would make that sound.

The ticking speeds up when accelerating, the oil is full, and the truck has 177k miles on it. But no noise before the work 2 weeks ago... Any help would be greatly appreciated.

While in park, the ticking is occuring and speeds up when you step on the gas.

I found that the noise was coming from missing teeth on the fan belt... Thanks anyway.

When the car is in park and you step on the gas, do you still hear the ticking? This may help you determine if it is related to the transmission or the engine. Also, is the sound directly proportional to the engine speed?
