No. There is NO WAY to predict the random numbers from these numbers. There is nothing similiar about them. The lotto is a game of CHANCE.

Make a frequency table of your game, chart the frequency of the sums of the drawn nombers and see the current trend of even or odd sums, even and odd numbers and high and low numbers.
Use only the past 3 results ,eliminate duplicates , you will have between 16 to 18 numbers
make a wheel of the numbers 18 5if6 or 16 5if6. choose those combinations that match the results of your frequency tables (even or odd sums, low/high numbers, even/odd numbers,etc).
