MY TRUCK WANT START. ALL IT DOES IS CLICK. IT SOUND LIKE SOLINOID CLICKING WHEN I TRY TO START IT BUT I REPLACED IT. IT IS A 1973 FORD DUMP TRUCK WITH V8. COULD IT BE THE STARTER?

It could be the battery. Have you tried testing it?

If not it could be a few other things such as the main relay or starter to name a couple. Please post back with some more details so we can further troubleshoot.

See if the battery has enough poer to work the horn and headlights. If so, run a jumper cable directly from the battery to the terminal on the starter. If it still doesn't turn over, likely the starter is bad.

If it does turn over, check all the connections.
