MY GEARS GET STUCK WHEN THE CAR HAS BEEN DRIVEN 10/12 MILES OUT! WHY?

Question by james79 Reward: 100 Pond Points + 10 Knowledge Tokens Status: Pending a resolution
I HAVE A PEUGEUT 806 PEOPLE CARRIER, N REG. IVE JUST HAD MY CLUTCH CHANGED 4-5 MONTHS AGO, AND IT DOESN FEEL RIGHT NOW... IT DRIVES FANTASTICALLY WHEN CHANGING GEAR WHEN I FIRST START OUT, BUT AS SOON AS I DO ABOUT 10/12 MILES OF DRIVING, THE GEARS START TO GET STUCK AND FIND IT DIFFICULT TO CHANGE THE GEARS.
WHAT IS WRONG WITH IT AND HOW DO I FIX THE PROBLEM? I AM ASSUMING IT HAS SOMETHING TO DO WITH HEATING BUT DONT KNOW HOW IT WORKS AS THE FANS KICK IN WHEN IT GETS HOT!
