Med. side effect or cardiac problem?

Question by PatriciaB Reward: 100 Pond Points + 10 Knowledge Tokens Status: Pending a resolution
I have cardiomyopathy and mild pulmonary hypertension. I am on Lisinopril for slight high BP, but lately (1 week) I have edema in both legs and hands, shortness of breath, rash (cherry red color) on both legs with no itching. Also I have had tachycardia (resting pulse of 110 or more). My BP is approx. 150/90. The SOB is resting as well as mild exercise (walking). I am 59 female with high Trigs., total cholesterol as well as high LDL and HDL. Could this possibly be reaction to Lisp. (been on about 3 months) or cardiac related?
